How to take the Propolis?

Internal use:

Dilute into 100 ml of water and drink before meal. 15-30 drops each time, two or three times daily. (water is to improve the pungent taste of propolis, amount could vary. Hot water is not recommended)

External use:

Apply 3-5 drops at sore throat, oral infection, ulcer area, wounds, burns to relieve discomforts or prevent further infections.

Caution: Do not take with tea or coffee. Do not take if pregnant, breastfeeding. Do not feed for baby under 12 months. Use with caution if allergic to bee products.
