Our unbreakable polycarbonate lenses are made from the same material as flight helmet visors. Besides taking a hit, our many polarized and non-polarized lens and mirroring options give you the crisp, clear view of the world around you.

Our frames have padded, low profile temples that integrate smoothly under helmets and other headgear. Our rubber nose and temple pads are overmolded into to the frame to give you dependable, non-slip reliability and comfort.

Casual Design, Premium Protection The Explorer XL’s thicker frame, sculpted lines, and defined corners give it an edgier, more pronounced style than the standard Explorer. Its fit is optimized for large and medium faces, and for those who prefer to wear larger frames. Like its predecessor the Explorer, the 6-base frames provide all-around protection with a casual look and feel. The Explorer XL is built to excel in demanding environments and is great for activities such as shooting, climbing, and hiking.	Rugged Strength Constructed of TR90NZZ thermoplastic material, the frames combine lightweight construction and ballistic protection, providing rugged strength and flexibility with maximum overall coverage. An oleophobic treatment of the lenses provides liquid and other chemical protection and added scratch resistance, while an anti-reflective coating on the inside of the lenses minimizes distracting reflections.	Durable Comfort Padded low profile temples integrate smoothly under helmets, communication headsets and over the ear hearing protection. Coated stainless steel pins provide simple but dependable hinge functionality and rubber nose and temple pads are overmolded to the frame for durability and comfort.
