A classic recipe for country style chicken with mushrooms, herbs and tomatoes

The special cooking bag that comes with So Juicy allows the meat to cook in its own juice, locking in all the great flavour! It also means there is no need to add oil or sauce.

Simply pop in the ingredients, sprinkle the seasoning and place in the oven for delicious, juicy meat every time.

Cooking with So Juicy

Step 1 - Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan oven), Gas Mark 4. Do not exceed this temperature. Remove and unfold the cooking bag from top of the sachet, keep the red tie for later use. Add 4 x 150g chicken breasts, 1 large sliced onion and 250g sliced mushrooms into the bag. Add the seasoning from sachet to 150ml of water. Mix until smooth. Pour carefully into the bag.

Step 2 - Close the bag at the end using the red tie. Mix together by gently massaging the seasoning into the chicken. Place the bag on its side into a large ovenproof dish, spreading out the ingredients. Do not pierce the bag. Place dish on the bottom shelf of the oven. The bag expands so ensure there is enough space between racks.

Step 3 - Cook for 45-50 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before opening - the steam will be very hot. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through and piping hot. Enjoy the juicy Chasseur chicken.

It is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, no added MSG and no hydrogenated vegetable oil. Just add 4 chicken breasts, 1 onion, 250 g mushrooms. It comes with a special cooking bag that helps lock in all the juices so there is no need to add oil. INGREDIENTS Corn Starch, WHEAT Flour, Salt, Tomato, Maltodextrin, Onion (5.5 ), Mushroom (4 ), Herbs and Spices 3.5 (Parsley, Paprika, Black Pepper, Thyme, Bay Leaf), Yeast Extract, Flavourings (with MILK), Smoked Pork Fat, Thickener (Guar Gum), Sugar, Garlic, Caramelised Sugar, Citric Acid, Vinegar, Colour (Paprika Extract), May contain traces of EGG, SOYA, CELERY and MUSTARD DIRECTIONS 1 Preheat oven to 180 C (160 C for fan oven), Gas Mark 4.
