Maggi So Juicy Chicken Chasseur Seasoning Mix is a classic recipe for country style chicken with mushrooms, herbs and tomatoes. It is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, no added MSG and no hydrogenated vegetable oil. Just add 4 chicken breasts, 1 onion, 250 g mushrooms. It comes with a special cooking bag that helps lock in all the juices so there is no need to add oil. INGREDIENTS Corn Starch, WHEAT Flour, Salt, Tomato, Maltodextrin, Onion (5.5%), Mushroom (4%), Herbs and Spices 3.5% (Parsley, Paprika, Black Pepper, Thyme, Bay Leaf), Yeast Extract, Flavourings (with MILK), Smoked Pork Fat, Thickener (Guar Gum), Sugar, Garlic, Caramelised Sugar, Citric Acid, Vinegar, Colour (Paprika Extract), May contain traces of EGG, SOYA, CELERY and MUSTARD DIRECTIONS 1 Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C for fan oven), Gas Mark 4. Do not exceed this temperature. Remove and unfold the cooking bag from top of the sachet, keeping the red tie for later use. Add 4 x 150g chicken breasts, 1 large sliced onion and 250g of sliced mushrooms into the bag. Measure out 150ml water into a jug and add the seasoning from the sachet. Mix until smooth. Pour mixture carefully into the bag. 2 Close the bag at the end using the red tie. Mix the ingredients together by gently turning the bag. Place the bag on its side into a large ovenproof dish, spreading out the ingredients. Do not pierce the bag. Place the dish on the bottom shelf of the oven. The bag expands so ensure there is enough space between racks. 3 Cook for 45 - 50 minutes. Remove from the oven leaving dish to stand for 2-3 minutes before opening - the steam will be very hot.
