Chicken Balti

Chef's Tip - Curry can be served immediately or cooled and refrigerated for up to 48 hours. If the consistency of the curry is too thick upon reheating, think with a splash of MAGGI Coconut Milk Powder.

Serving Suggestion - A sprinkling of chopped fresh coriander lifts the colours of this dish, while cripsy slivers of onion add texture and flavour. Serve with basmati rice, naan bread and mango chutney.

Rustic Gnocci with Chard and Jalapeños

- In a frying pan, add the olive oil and quickly sauté some Swiss chard then remove and set aside.

- Add cooked gnocchi to a pan and gently brown them. When cooked take out and in the same pan add the MAGGI Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce and warm through.

- Lay out the sauce, gnocchi and chard, garnish with a sprinkle of jalapeños to serve.
