Maggi So Juicy Mixed Herbs Chicken

Preparation: 5 minutes

Cooking Time: 35 - 40 minutes.

Ingredients:

1 x pack Maggi So Juicy Mixed Herbs Chicken
4 x 150 g Chicken breast
280 g couscous, uncooked
Bunch fresh herbs
240 g cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp vegetable oil
80 g rocket leaves

Cooking Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 180 degree Celsius (160 degree Celsius fan) or Gas Mark 4. Prepare the Mixed Herbs Chicken as directed on the pack. At the end of the cooking time, open the bag and tip the chicken into a dish.
Place the cherry tomatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with the oil. 10 minutes before the chicken is due to be ready place the tomatoes into the top shelf of the oven.
Cook the couscous as per instructions. Finely chop a handful of herbs and the left over cherry tomatoes and add to mix through the couscous.
Serve the tomatoes alongside the herby couscous with the juicy mixed herb chicken and a handful of washed rocket leaves. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through and piping hot.

The special cooking bag enables the chicken to cook in its own juice The result is a delicious BBQ chicken meal the whole family will love. It is free from artificial colours, flavours or preservatives, no added MSG and no hydrogenated vegetable oil. Ingredients: Garlic (18 ), Corn Starch, Salt, Tomato, Onion, Lactose (from MILK), Sugar, YEAST Extract, Herbs and Spices 4.5 (Black Pepper, Paprika, Parsley, Coriander, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper), Sunflower Oil, Beetroot Concentrate, Citric Acid, May contain traces of EGG, SOYA, WHEAT, CELERY and MUSTARD INGREDIENTS Vegetables (Potato, Onion (11.7 ), Tomato, Parsnip), Garlic (7.5 ), Salt, Sugar, Herbs and Spices (Parsley (2.2 ), Black Pepper, Paprika, Ginger, Marjoram, Coriander, Red Cayenne Pepper), Corn Starch, Sunflower Oil, Beetroot Juice Concentrate, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Flavouring DIRECTIONS 1 Preheat oven to 180 C (160 C for fan oven), Gas Mark 4. Add the seasoning from sachet into the bag. 2 Close the bag at the end using the red tie. Mix the ingredients together by gently turning the bag. Place the bag on its side into a large ovenproof dish, spreading out the ingredients. Do not pierce the bag. Place the dish on the bottom shelf of the oven. The bag expands so ensure there is enough space between racks. 3 Cook for 45 - 50 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before opening - the steam will be very hot. Ensure that the chicken is fully cooked through and piping hot. Enjoy the juicy Mexican chicken.
