Panang Curry Recipe: 1. 3 1/2 cups meat (chicken, pork, beef). 2. 2 cups coconut milk 3. 2 tablespoons oil 4. 1/2 Cup Maesri Panang Curry Paste 5. Fresh Red Chili and Minced kaffir lime leaves for garnishing Cooking Instructions: 1. Stir fry 1/2 Cup of Maesri Panange Curry Paste with 2 Tbsp of Oil. 2. Slowly add 1 cup coconut mils and kip stirring until it comes to a boil. 3. Add meat and stir to combine. 4. Slowly add 1 cup more coconut milk and keep stirring until meat is cooked. 5. Garnish with Fresh Red Chili and Mince kaffir lime leaves. 6. Serve.
