Truffle Buttercrust Appetizers

This is a delicious and easy to prepare antipasti that will for sure impress your guests. Serve with your favorite Prosecco before dinner.

All you need is a roll of puff pastry and one glass of Made by Mama Black Truffle Spread.

Spread the tapenade evenly on the dough, roll it and slice it in ½" slices. Leave them on baking paper and bake them in a preheated oven (400 F Convection) for aprox. 15 minutes or until they seem lightly brown and crunchy. Be careful not to over cook.

Truffle Pizza

All you need is pizza dough (Try the Made by Mama Kamut Pizza Mix), Black truffle tapenade Truffle Oil, and fresh Mozerella.

Roll out the dough and place chunks of truffle tapenade and mozerella cheese on top of the pizza. Bake in hot oven for 4-6 minutes

Pasta with mushrooms and truffle oil

You'll need: Onion, Garlic, your favourite mushroom mix, lime juice, pasta parpadelle, extra virgin olive oil, truffle oil, salt, pepper, and thyme.

Saute red onion and garlic in a pan with olive oil until the onions are clear and soft. Remove the onions from the pan, turn up the heat completely and grate the mushrooms on the pan while stirring. Turn down the heat and add the onions along with the lemon, salt and pepper. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Stir pasta and mushroom mix together and add the truffle oil. Just before serving, sprinkle with fresh thyme.
