The pasta dough is made from small batches forced through traditional bronze dies and air-dried at low temperatures in the hills of Pistoia. The result is a pasta that will bring your Italian dishes to the next level.

Made by Mama's pasta is made in Gragnano in Naples. An IGP Geographical protected region known for its excellent pasta.

The pasta is made in a more than 100 years old factory using traditional methods including bronze dies that ensures the right texture for your pasta to absorb and adhere to the sauce.

The high-quality Tuscan Durum wheat Semolina and the low-calcium water from the Monti Lattari ensures a unique taste and texture, making every bite al dente, if properly cooked.
