Apple lcon > System Preferences > Displays

Right-click on the monitor icon and select "Mirror for Built-in Retina Display".

Both of the external resolutions will be 3840*2160 @30Hz when HDMI port 1 & HDMI port 2 are used simultaneously.

MacBook Extern Mode:

Apple lcon > System Preferences > Displays

Right-click on the monitor icon and select "Stop Mirroring".
