Jasmine Pearl Green Tea is a deliciously sweet green tea that combines the absolute green tea with a jasmine aroma and taste.

Made from unopened bud and small leaf, this tea hand rolled into small balls which is named after the pearl like shape of the tea. Moreover, the tea is made by laying fresh jasmine petals atop the tea leaves, then tea leaves atop more petals and so on. Up to FOUR layers of blossoms alternating with tea leaves are used to create the highest- quality jasmines, using flowers picked at their aromatic peak. When the jasmine scent is fully merged with the leaves, the petals are removed, and the tea carefully dry again.

I heated up my kettle to 175 F (or 80C and if you don’t have a varied temp kettle or a thermometer just let it sit a minute or two after boil) and poured 150ml (4oz) with 2-3g tea and let it sit 1 minuets. The pearls opened up but not full (which is awesome because it means more steepings!) and the liquor (brewed tea liquid) came up a clear lime glass. But the taste was out of this world. Delicate floral, and the green tea was warm and not a hint of bitterness!!! The mouthfeel was silky and a clean aftertaste.

HOW TO BREWING A CUP OF GOOD TEA IN TEAPOT?

Put about 3g(0.11oz) jasmine pearls tea in glass teapot or tea cup.

Brewing tea 2

Pour 8 oz(250ml) of hot water(80-85?(180-185 F) into glass teapot and make sure the tea leaves are submerged in the water.

Brewing tea 3

Steep 3-5 mins and remove tea and feel pure fragrance when you drink.

COLD BREW

After the brewed tea has cooled, remove tea and add ice cubes.A cup of chilled and delicious Jasmine Dragon Pearls Tea will be ready.
