MOST IMPORTANT NOTE:
Q: The humidifier has produced a less steam and doesn't seem to be working properly. WHAT happenedHOW should i do to fix it
- A1: -- The filter (or cotton swab) is not completely wet.
The cotton swabs in the mini humidifier is used to absorb water. To see a better performance, we advise user to soak a filter stick to be wet completely before inserting to the humidifier and turning it on.
- A2: -- Check if the spring is still in under the filter.
If the spring is missing, then the cotton swab cannot absorb water effectively, which will cause no mist even you hit the button.
- A3: -- Check if you usually add essential oils or other water treatment chemicals to the humidifier.
It is better not add essential oils to the tank, which will affecting a humidifier's ability to spry mist.
- A4: -- The filter (or cotton swab) is used for a long time.
The cotton swab will become dirty and hard if used for a long time which will cause the humidifier produce less steam or even stop work;
It is recommended to change the cotton swab every 1 to 3 months, depending on how frequently you use your humidifier and what type of water you use in the water tank.
- A5: -- Check if the usb cord is working in good condition.
If not, replace a USB cable or a mini humidifier.
- A6: -- The humidifier is broken, or something undefinable interior machine problems happens.
Replace a new one side.They will reach you at the soonest.
