Then fold the paper in half, folding the paper towards you. Then turn it 90 degrees and fold it in half again. Make sure it is well folded and get it as flat as you can. Then, get a picture or a personal effect of your target, anoint it with a few drops of the Love & Attraction Conjure Oil while visualizing what you desire, and place it on top of your written petition. Then, place your Love & Attraction Candle on a plate. Place the plate directly over the picture/personal effect and petition. When ready, light it and recite the following: "Goddess to the left, Goddess to the right, Sky above, Earth below, May the love I desire awaken and rise, Igniting a flame within our hearts."
