Color Indicating: The orange reusable desiccant beads change color to blackish green when they become saturated with moisture, enabling you to easily identify when the safe silica gels need to be recharged or replaced.

Recommended methods to recharge the beads:

1. CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Spread beads evenly on a tray and bake at 200-250 F (DO NOT exceed 250 F) for 0.5-3 hours. Check on beads frequently for noticeable color changes.

2. MICROWAVE OVEN: Heat beads for 10 minutes on Defrost Mode. Check beads frequently for noticeable color changes.

NOTE: Remove beads from oven when bead color has returned to orange. Reactivation heating times will vary based on the saturation levels of the beads.
