REUSABLE, SAFE AND FLEXIBLE GEL PACK

LotFancy gel ice packs are made from latex-free and non-toxic materials and safe for all ages to use.

Gel packs can be used for both hot and cold therapy.

Freeze for cold therapy and microwave for heat therapy. Pack remains pliable after being frozen to conform to any part of the body.

Double seal and thick nylon exterior prevents leaks for extended reusability.

SPEED UP RECOVERY AND RELIEVE PAIN

Our hot cold pack can be used for head, wisdom teeth, ankle, neck, knee, arm, stomach pain, and anywhere else you desire.

Hot cold therapy is great for toothaches, tendinitis, muscle aches, cramps, arthritis, sports injuries, meniscus tears, tennis or golfer’s elbow, rehabilitation, post-surgery or post-game recovery, and for achy joints after a long day at work.

COLD THERAPY TREATMENT

Place the gel pack flat in a freezer for 1.5-2 hours, and wait for 1-2 mins before applying to your body.

Gel pack will get frosty when frozen, we recommend placing a cloth between your skin and the ice pack for comfortable use.

For the best cold therapy, it is recommended to freeze the gel pack for no more than 2 hours.

HOT THERAPY TREATMENT

Heat the pack for 20 seconds at 1000 wattage or 30 seconds at 700 wattage. If the gel pack is not warm enough, then reheat it for another 10 seconds.

Knead the gel pack and turn it over and heat a 2nd time to evenly distribute the heat.

Or immerse gel pack in the hot water for 4- 10 minutes.

Before use, please read our detailed instruction.

Caution:

Never apply hot or cold therapy longer than 30 mins consecutively.

Do not apply over open wounds.

Immediately discontinue heating if gel pack expands like a balloon as the pack is overheated.

Please knead and massage the pack to distribute the gel before freezing/heating.

This ice pack can stay cold for 15-20 mins, time varies depending on the temperature of the usage environment and duration stored in the freezer.
