Our wild cranberry (V. oxycoccos) powder is made from juice pressed berries. That means that valuable parts of the berries, peels and seeds, have been used. Peels and skins of the cranberries are dried at low temperature (50-55 °C) for 48 hours and then milled into wild cranberry powder. Our forest berries have been picked in Estonian organic collection areas. Our berry powder is a good ingredient for tasty cakes, muffins and other baked goods. Added to kefir, curd, pot cheese, unflavoured yoghurt, porridge, smoothies or marinades, berry powder provides a wild berry flavour.
