Apply one coat on bare nails and allow to dry. Use twice weekly for best results.

For intensive care and nail repair:

Week 1: Apply directly to clean bare nails. Layer a new coat of Get Well Nail Recovery to nails daily, and on the third day, refresh application. To do so, clean each nail with Lacquer Remover. Then, restart the cycle with a fresh layer of treatment.

Week 2: Apply one coat of Get Well Nail Recovery to nails every other day, layering over previous application for one week. On the 7th day, remove the treatment with Lacquer Remover.

Week 3: Apply one coat to clean, bare nails. Nail polish application can be revisited during this period Get Well Nail Recovery may be worn under polish as a care-intensive nail primer.
