Installation Instructions

PS4/PS5 : Select [Settings] > [Sound] > [Audio output] > [USB Headphones (KT USB Audio)].
PC: The PC recognized it under the name KT USB Audio. If it is not available, try switching to a device with the above name in System > Sound Settings.
Correct way to connect it: First connect the headphone to the adapter, then connect it to the phone, which can avoid noise when the headset is connected.

NOTICE

Volume	Amplifier codes were added to our chip to bring us a PRO sound, so our sound range is wide and the volume may be loud. Please turn down the volume before playing.
Setting	In order to protect your ears, when connecting to game devices (PS4/PS5...), first please select "KT USB Audio" as the output device, then sound coming, or select "Switch Output Device Automatically".
TRRS	When connected to TRRS headsets, both microphone and headphone work (TRRS cable plug has 3 black rings).
TRS	When connected to TRS headphone/speaker, only audio work (TRS cable plug has 2 black rings).
TS	Not compatible with TS and TRS microphones (TS cable plug has 1 black ring).
Compatibility	Not compatible with Xbox, car, amplifier, TV USB port, PS3, or older PS4 (because those USB ports can't transfer audio).
