Higher levels of elderberry and vitamin C reach the blood where liposomes then protect them from oxidation and excretion.	Effective, balanced doses Igennus nutrition scientists have formulated this supplement providing meaningful doses, without upsetting the delicate balance of nutrients. Standard vitamin C is typically dosed at 1000mg, but reaches saturation at about 200mg. Effective immune support would require micro dosing several times daily. Liposomal vitamin C achieves meaningful blood plasma levels from a single 1000mg dose. High calcium and iron intake can reduce overall zinc absorption, so we provide 15mg of zinc bisglycinate.
