Step 3 If you usually line your lips, frame the lips with the LIP INK Liner then massage a small amount of LIP INK Shine Moisturizer onto the lips until thoroughly absorbed.	Step 4 Once you have applied LIP INK Shine Moisturizer you can stop and enjoy the maximum hydration or proceed with the LIP INK Colorization process with our LIP INK wax-free, smearproof and long lasting patented liquid lip colors.
