This is the prime growing region for beets with its fertile soil and ideal combination of sun and rain fall. Once harvested, our beets travel to our processing facilities. "Seasonally grown" means that every year, typically in late April, we plant our beets and then let them grow and mature until August when the harvest begins. In a typical year all of our beets are harvested before Thanksgiving. We are 100% focused on delivering the highest quality, delicious cut beets.
