Leucidal Liquid Complete is a mixture of peptide technology. One type of peptide is originally derived from the lactic acid bacteria, Leuconostoc kimchi. L. kimchi is one of 15 microorganisms that make up the mixed culture used for producing the Korean dietary staple known as kimchi, a type of fermented cabbage. L. kimchi is capable of acidifying its environment. Still, as is common in nature, it is content to expand itself beyond a single mechanism of broad defense. The other type of peptide is created from fermenting Cocos nucifera (Coconut) with Lactobacillus. During the fermentation process, lipopeptides are catabolized by the MCTs present in coconut flesh. It has harnessed natural phyto compounds and lipopeptides from coconut to produce a novel material.
HOW IT WORKS:
- Start with a 4.0% Leucidal Complete concentration
- Monitor the interaction of Leucidal Complete with other ingredients for compatibility.
- Incorporate into formulations at a PH between 3 and 8 during the cooling phase at temperatures lower than 70°c
- Complete recommended stability and challenge testing to ensure adequate preservation
- Leucidal Complete must be above 95 degrees and/or a complete liquid before use. If it has chunks or is solid, it is too COLD! Use a warm water bath, microwave, or double broiler to heat until fully liquid.

Store your Leucidal Complete at room temperature. Cold temps will cause liquid to crystalize, clump, or be solid. Place it in a warm water bath, and your product will return to its proper consistency. Or microwave in 30-second intervals until it's a liquid.
