1. How do I check if the hub is compatible with my host device?
Please check the USB C port of your host device is support charging, video transfer, data transfer or not. If you cannot recognize it, please send your exact host device model to our customer support team.
2. Why can’t my HDMI resolution reach 4K@60Hz?
The max resolution and refresh rate output of the hub depends on the USB-C host devices, connected cable, and display specifications. For 4K@60Hz resolution, please note that the monitor and type-c host device must support DP1.4(4K@60hz) to achieve 4K@60Hz high definition resolution, and make sure the HDMI cable is HDMI2.0 or above.
3. According to a different system, how do I adjust the resolution?
To manually adjust the resolution for your Windows, hold down the "option" key and then click "Scaled". To manually adjust the resolution for your Mac OS, go to "Mac Setting" - " System " - " Display". If you want to play audio via the external HDMI device, please change "the default audio output device" setting in the system preference.
