Premium Stainless Steel 410 Raw Material

410 Stainless Steel is a basic martensitic grade containing 11.5% chromium.
It offers both exceptional wear and corrosion resistance to some chemicals, food, mild acids, water and air.
It also offers adequate resistance to nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid, naphtha and dilute acetic acid.
When it’s hardened and tempered, it demonstrates better mechanical properties and corrosion resistance.

Enhanced Anti-loosen Coatings

The finished screws were coated the blue coating on one side of the screw bodies.

The blue coating is a sealant mechanism called thread-locker.
This special coating keep screws from shaking loose over time. Even when screws are screwed tight there is a gap in them, and due to wear and tear they may get loosened.
Laptops moving around a lot and due to fans, they vibrating, without locktight, eventually something would loosen up.Having this coating ensures the screws don't loosen.
