Its unique formula enhances the delicious taste of food. Serving Instruction - For making broth, add 2 teaspoons (10g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder to 2 cups (480ml) of boiling water. - For marinating and cooking 1lb (454g)meat, seafood, vegetable, noodle, pasta, and sauce, use 1 tbsp (15g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder. - Egg Flower Soup- Boil 4 cups (1 litre) of water, add 4 tsp (20g) Lee Kum Kee Chicken Bouillon Powder . Add 1 oz (28g) each of carrots, ham and shrimp. Bring soup to a boil. Turn heat off. Beat 1 egg and stir slowly into soup. Sprinkle 1 tbsp. (10g) chopped green onion.
