If your Sync 2-system's main menu has a green "navigation"- or "Insert NAV SD-card"-icon in the top right hand corner of the main menu, then your system is already activated and all you need is a map SD-card covering your area.

Why the screen show " Navigation SD Card Fault"?

If you've lost your navigation functions, try the troubleshooting steps below:

1. Remove and reinsert the MAP card.

• Turn off your vehicle.
• Push and release the MAP card to remove it.
• Insert the MAP card back into the slot and make sure it clicks into place
• Start your vehicle

2. lf the above steps do not work, perform a master reset. lmportant: A master reset will erase all stored datasuch as call history, text messages, and previously paired phones

• Ensure your vehicle is on and in Park (P), in a well-ventilated area.b. Press the Gear icon at the bottom of your vehicle's SYN screen.c.Press Settings
