How can I shoot videos or photos directly in the phone external storage drive?
Plug and play,shoot videos or photos directly in app camera and then it will automatically store in the phone photo stick.It is a great tool to free up more space on your mobile phone and don’t have to spent more time deleting your phone’s memory or replacing it with larger capacity.
The phone USB flash drives can be used in a variety of ways:In daily life,you can share precious photos or videos stored in the flash drive to your friends or family without wifi or internet.During commute,you can play music or movies on the phone flash drive . Besides,you can take lots of photos and videos directly when seeing amazing scenery during the trip. In work, you can use it to show business files or documents to others.
Please note:
1.Before using the USB flash drive to your Phone,you need to download the “Y-disk” APP,if not pop up the app on the desktop,please search the app"Y-disk" in the App Store and allow the APP to access all the pictures before you can save all the pictures from your Phone to the photo stick.
after connecting the Phone flash drive to your device,but Android Phone and Pad with type-c port not.
2.Before ordering,please check if your android phone has the otg function,Because the flash drive only support the otg function for android ;Most Android device with OTG function, can use flash drive directly when inserting, can find the flash drive on your device in : File Manager. (The flash drive is equipped with a type-c adapter for the latest Android phones) If your phone doesn't work, please enable the otg function in the other setting of your phone.
3.If you can not view a part of pictures you saved in the flash drive,it has to do with the pictures you saved in the iCloud,please turn off your iCloud and download the picture from iCloud before using the USB flash drive.
4.Due to RM (Digital Rights Management), we can’t download Music or Video files in iTunes or by the 3rd APP directly to the phone photostick.
When using usb flash drive for phone,please do not remove it,otherwise data may be lost.
5.If the product cannot keep the original date of the photo, please connect the phone external storage to the computer and format it as "EXFAT". (Please download the highest version of the App 1.4.7)
6.If a large amount of data needs to be backed up, the screen can't be locked during transferring, otherwise it will stop working.
7..In case the USB flash drive cannot be used on the computer, it can be formatted as "exFAT" before operation.The original date of the photo cannot be saved on the USB flash drive and also needs to be formatted on the computer.
8.After inserting the photo stick, please check whether the APP Settings recognizes that has available storage capacity.If not, please clean the port or remove the Phone protective cases before using (because the phone case will affect the connection between the phone and the usb flash drive)and try it again.
9.if it doesn't work again,please reformat it on your computer and try the flash drive to another Phone and check if it is Ok,if it is Ok,please upgrade system on your phone and try it again.
