4.Due to RM (Digital Rights Management), we can’t download Music or Video files in iTunes or by the 3rd APP directly to the iphone photostick.

When using usb flash drive for iphone,please do not remove it,otherwise data may be lost.

5.If the product cannot keep the original date of the photo, please connect the iphone storage flash drive to the computer and format it as "EXFAT". (Please download the highest version of the App 1.4.7)

6.If a large amount of data needs to be backed up, the screen can't be locked during transferring, otherwise it will stop working.

7..In case the USB flash drive cannot be used on the computer, it can be formatted as "exFAT" before operation.The original date of the photo cannot be saved on the USB flash drive and also needs to be formatted on the computer.

8.After inserting the photo stick, please check whether the APP Settings recognizes that has available storage capacity.If not, please clean the port or remove the iPhone protective cases before using (because the phone case will affect the connection between the phone and the usb flash drive)and try it again.

9.if it doesn't work again,please reformat it on your computer and try the flash drive to another iPhone and check if it is Ok,if it is Ok,please upgrade system on your phone and try it again.
