It is ready for use and can be easily added to your recipes. Its unique fragrance is strong but delicate, perfect for cakes, pasta, canapés, risotto and salads. This is also delicious on crackers and crusty bread. The Porcini Truffle sauce is an extremely versatile condiment and ingredient, composed entirely of porcini mushrooms soaked in olive oil. Excellent for all recipes, in particular, to enhance dishes such as pasta, risotto and fish but also some simple side dishes such as potatoes. The set includes 1 x Black Truffle Paté 90 g and 1 x Porcini Truffle Sauce 90 g.
