HOW TO INSERT LA CUP ?

Wash your hands, fold La Cup (fold patterns are available in the User Guide), relax, insert it and then make it turn on itself by holding the MoonPad.

As soon as it turns on itself, the rim is deployed and you will not have any leaks.

NOTE: In order to get to know the right fold and the right method of insertion according to your anatomy, count on between 1 and 3 cycles of holding. To be reassured, use an external protection during this adaptation time.

HOW TO REMOVE LA CUP ?

Wash your hands, relax, grab La Cup by pinching the MoonPad: this cancels the suction effect and you can remove it gently.

If it is raised a little high and is not accessible, you just have to push a little on your perineum: this will make La Cup go down and you can remove it.

You can empty it in the toilet, in the shower or in a sink.

HOW TO MAINTAIN LA CUP?

AFTER PURCHASE AND BETWEEN CYCLES:

No need to buy a sterilizer: use a glass jar filled with water, put La Cup in it and microwave it for 5 minutes. If you don't have a microwave, you can boil it in a pot of water for 5 minutes.

DURING THE CYCLE:

Simply rinse La Cup thoroughly with cold drinking water before reinserting it. If you want to use a cleaner, choose one with a pH between 4 and 6 and with a composition adapted to La Cup, like La Mousse Luneale.
