The Kuhl Modabber Thumb Orthosis #5803 provides thumb immobilization in a wraparound style that's a crowd pleaser. The product comes with two stays that can be changed out in the pocket located on the top side of the thumb to create more or less support as needed. Patients appreciate how the Modabber Thumb Orthosis features an elastic assistance pull-closure strap that's used to secure the brace around your wrist using just one hand. Once applied, the wrap portion can then be wrapped around properly in seconds. Whereas most thumb supports are simply stitched along the thumb only, Melco tape is applied down the length of the seam on this model. This eliminates the possibility of the stitch unraveling with repeated daily usage, and also makes for a comfortable, non-irritating seam along the thumb.

XL fits a wrist circumference of 5-9.5". Ideal for treating Basal Joint Arthritis, Throttle Thumb, and Thumb Tendonitis. Aluminum stay and steel spiral stay are interchangeable and removable. Brace fits left or right hand. Constructed of Kuhl perforated neoprene for cool, comfortable compression.
