Cut strawberry leaves for use as strawberry leaf tea.The strawberry leaves are collected and air dried by the garden gerbberry (Fragaria Vesca) in spring. Strawberry leaves contain largely tannins, and vitamin C and flavonoids are also included. The strawberry leaves are used as herbal tea in naturopathy, but tasty house teas also contain strawberry leaves. To prepare a strawberry leaf tea, 2 heaped teaspoons of strawberry leaves with 250 ml of boiling water are poured in and left for 15 minutes. The strawberry leaves come from a controlled cultivation and can be kept at least 24 months.

Erdbeerblätter enthalten zum großen Teil Gerbstoffe, daneben sind noch Vitamin C und Flavonoide enthalten. Die Erdbeerblätter werden in der Naturheilkunde als Kräutertee verwendet, aber auch wohlschmeckende Haustees enthalten Erdbeerblätter. Zur Zubereitung eines Erdbeerblättertees werden 2 gehäufte Teelöffel Erdbeerblätter mit 250 ml kochendem Wasser aufgegossen und 15 Minuten ziehen gelassen. Die Erdbeerblätter stammen aus kontrolliertem Anbau und sind mindestens 24 Monate haltbar.
