Die Heidelbeeren wachsen in Fichten- und Tannenwäldern in Nordeuropa. Die Heidelbeerblätter werden kurz nach dem Austrieb im Frühjahr gesammelt und luftgetrocknet. Die getrockneten Heidelbeerblätter werden dann bei uns geschnitten. Heidelbeerblätter enthalten vor allem Flavone, Gerbstoffe, Arbutin und Glykoside. Auch Spurenelemente sind in großen Mengen vorhanden, besonders Mangan und Chrom. Für die Teezubereitung werden 1-2 Teelöffel Heidelbeerblätter mit 250 ml kochendem Wasser übergossen und 10 Minuten ziehen gelassen. Der Heidelbeertee sollte mäßig, also ca. 2-3 Tassen pro Tag, getrunken werden. Die Heidelbeerblätter stammen aus Wildsammlung und sind frei von Schadstoffen. Verwendung als:Lebensmittel
