XXX Chili Sauce on Wings Ingredients 8 uncooked wings. 1 cup KPOP Foods XXX Chili Sauce. 1 tbsp salt & pepper. 4 cups canola oil Directions Rub salt and pepper into wings. Toss wings in cornstarch. Deep fry in canola oil until golden brown. Cool off for 3 minutes and toss in XXX Chili Sauce.	Kimchi Mayo Sauce with Corn Fritters Ingredients: 6 eggs, 1/2 Tomato, diced, 1/2 broccoli head, cut into small florets, 1/4 onion, diced, 1/2 bell pepper, diced, 1 cup spinach, chopped, Cheddar cheese, Mozzarella cheese, KPOP Kimchi Mayo, Salt & pepper, to taste Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat eggs until smooth. Season eggs with salt and pepper. In a greased muffin tin, place fillings into each muffin cup. Pour eggs into each cup until almost to the top. Bake for 20 minutes. Top with KPOP Kimchi Mayo. Enjoy!	Honey Glaze Sauce with Ribs Ingredients: 2lb rack of baby back ribs. Salt & Pepper. KPOP Honey Glaze. Directions: Preheat the oven to 275F (135C). Prepare the ribs: generously coat both sides of the baby back ribs with salt and pepper. Place ribs meat side up on cooking pan/baking sheet. Cover the pan/baking sheet tightly with foil then bake for 3-4 hours, until meat falls off the bones. Cover ribs in KPOP Honey Glaze to your heart's content!

A Korean Food Love Affair

Growing up, there was nothing more exciting than sharing food for founders Theo, Chris, and Mike. In Atlanta, Theo's grandma would bring everyone over to make a feast; in San Francisco, Chris was busy experimenting in the kitchen with Kraft cheese, kimchi, and top ramen noodles; and on the other side of the world, Mike was introducing his military buddies to Korean food in Seoul. A world away, their passion for Korean food (and soju) brought them together in 2017 and KPOP Foods was born.
