USAGES


Curtain Hemming A DIY solution for hemming lightweight curtains, simply position the Hemming Web so it remains hidden. This method helps to easily accomplish the task without ever having to thread a needle.	Trouser Alterations Hemming Web is the easiest way to alter those trousers that are a little too long in the leg with the use of an iron. The process should not take any longer than 10 minutes to do.	Badge Applications Hemming Web can also be used to add badges to the pockets of blazers before stitching around the edges. This helps to ensure that the badge is straight.

Hemming Web Tape hem Iron-on, double-sided adhesive

Instructions

Turn garment inside out or with curtains & drapes, lay flat, underside up.
Iron garment or fabric to crease in hem at required length. (Select suitable heat for fabrics*).
Cut web to required length and place between two sides of fabric to be bonded. Do not allow tape to protrude or have direct contact with iron.
Set iron to a hot temperature and use a low steam setting. Synthetics need special care, do not allow to dry out.
Press iron slowly and firmly over hem for approx. 20 Seconds. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Gently test for bond. If required repeat step above until fully bonded.

To alter hem:

Follow step 5 and peel apart while hot.
Some adhesive will remain.

Care Instructions

Always test on an inconspicuous area first.
Korbond hemming web is washable and dry cleanable.
Do not tumble dry.

MACHINE WASHABLE: Korbond 20m Hemming Tape is washable at 40 degrees. Do not tumble dry. EASY TO USE: can be used with a standard domestic iron and ironing cloth. Fold fabric to encase the web, and iron through the ironing cloth. Read full instructions on pack before use. MULTI USE: Ideal for hems, jeans, pants, suits, dresses, badges & school uniforms.
