The Luwak coffee is harvested on the island of Sumatra. It is the most extraordinary and exquisite coffee in the world. The beans are characterised by a strong, tart forest aroma with a mild chocolate note.

With their fine nose, the Luvak cats only choose the highest quality coffee cherries for their own consumption. This exquisite selection is then refined by wet fermentation in the cat's digestive tract to reduce acidity. The resulting fine beans are collected, carefully cleaned, dried and roasted by our friendly coffee farmers.

Preparation: (15 grams of coffee, 250 ml of water, French press)

Grind your coffee ground coffee into a French press, put 0.25 litres of water to boil. Wait about 2 minutes until the water has cooled to 95-96 °C. Put hot water into the press and stir with a wooden spoon. Wait 3 to 4.5. minutes (we recommend 4 minutes). Press the muddler slowly down until it is at the bottom.
