FAQ 2 -- Why the new cable has no respond when connect with the phone ?
Answer : Please don't worry , the cable is still in good condition , you just need to make some settings .
Normally , If it doesn't work for a new cable , there must be a setting in the phone not enabled for the cable .
As different brand's phone is different , please take below setting for Ref. & have a try to set similar in yours .
Settings -> Google -> Account Services -> Search, Assistant, and Voice -> Allow wired headset requests with device locked (On).
* If any static noise, crackling, cuts in & out, one side work, low volume, poor sound quality happens -- please make sure that your protective case or aux socket does not block the plug. Any one of the usb-c and 3.5 plug is not fully inserted into the device may lead to above situations.
