A versatile gravy richly flavoured with beef stock and a hint of wine. Pairs perfectly with roast beef, steaks and veal.

Best for Classical French Spanish cuisines. Ideal as a sauce for steaks. Bring to boil while stirring and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Each order comes with 1 x Knorr Rich Demi Glace Sauce 1 kg. INGREDIENTS Palm fat, modified waxy maize starch, maltodextrin, salt, flavourings (contains CELERY, MILK), sugar, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium guanylate, disodium inosinate), tomato puree powder, pork gelatin, colour (ammonia caramel), rice starch, onion powder, leek, yeast extract, LACTOSE, red wine extract, MILK proteins, vegetable juice concentrate (CELERY, onions, carrots, leek), spices (garlic, pepper), thyme, sunflower oil, dextrose, smoke flavouring. May contain gluten and egg.

Makes 7 Litre. Meets DOH 2012 salt targets. The ideal base for brown sauces. Demi-Glace is an ideal base to add even more flavour to your sauce.
