Dehydrated Thick Vegetable Soup Mix. This thick vegetable soup is a simple, powdered and delicious soup which is easy to use and a great way to minimise waste. Simply combine the powder with boiled water and stir until it thickens. Makes 200 portions. INGREDIENTS Dehydrated vegetables¹ in variable proportions (48%) [potatoes, onion, asparagus, leek, carrot, celeriac (CELERY), cauliflower], potato starch, salt, vegetable oils (sunflower, corn), yeast extract, glucose syrup, sugar, modified starch, vegetable juice concentrates¹ (0.4%) [CELERY, carrot, leek, onion], turmeric, pepper, parsley.
