Knorr Alfredo Sauce Mix

Traditional Alfredo Flavor

Prepare a delicious, rich alfredo sauce in minutes with Knorr Alfredo Sauce Mix. Ideal for restaurants and other fast-paced culinary environments, this creamy alfredo sauce is quick and easy to prepare, saving chefs precious time in the kitchen. The sauce delivers a velvety mix of cheeses that can enhance everything from pasta to veal. Cracked black pepper and Parmesan add just the right flavor touch to this traditional favorite. Knorr Alfredo Sauce Mix comes in a liquid format that is ready to use and doesn’t need to be stored in the fridge before it’s opened.

What’s in the Box:

Knorr Alfredo Sauce Mix, 1 lb.

Preparation

1. In a saucepan, heat milk* until hot (160°F). Add mix and stir. 2. Add butter. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly with a whisk for 2 minutes. 3. Remove from heat and stir occasionally for 1 minute then serve.

*For a lighter sauce, substitute 1% low fat milk and/or omit butter.

Preparation

STEP 1: Mix olive oil and 3 ounces of Hellmann's Vinaigrette, fresh herbs and seasonings.

STEP 2: Toss vegetables in marinade.

STEP 3: Roast off in hot oven until tender.

STEP 4: Mix remaining dressing with greens in bowl and toss. Place in chilled bowl, garnish with endive, place warm vegetable on top, place three slices of goat cheese on top and garnish with tomato.

8 Zucchini, slices, bias cut
8 Squash, yellow, slices, bias cut
8 Bell pepper, red and green, 2 1/2" slices
1 lb Asparagus, green. 16 pieces
8 Eggplant, domestic, slices
12 Belgian Endive leaves
1 bag Spring mix or 8 cups
4 fl oz Olive oil
8 Onions pieces, 2 1/2" pieces
12 fl oz Hellmann's Chardonnay Vinaigrette Dressing
4 tsp Italian Parsley, small bunch, chopped
2 tsp Basil, chopped
0.10 oz Knorr Alfredo Sauce Mix
Kosher salt and black pepper to taste
30 oz Cheese, goat, 30- 1/2 " slices
0.25 cup tomato, diced
