Available in several varieties to meet your cooking needs, Knorr Homestyle Stocks are low fat, cholesterol free, and contain no added MSG.* This package contains four individual tubs of concentrated stock each tub makes 3- cups of liquid broth Knorr Beef Stew Recipe RECIPE IDEA: BEEF STEW Serves: Four Prep time: 15 minutes Cook time: 85 minutes INGREDIENTS * 1 pound beef eye round roast, cut into 1-inch pieces * 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour * 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil * 2 medium onions, chopped * 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped * 1 tub Knorr Homestyle Beef Stock * 2 cups water * 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce * 4 cups baby red potatoes, halved * 3 carrots, sliced DIRECTIONS 1. Toss beef with flour set aside. 2. Heat oil in large saucepan over medium heat and brown beef. Remove beef from saucepan set aside. 3. Add onions and garlic to same saucepan and cook, stirring frequently, until onions are tender, about 4 minutes. Add Knorr Homestyle Beef Stock, water, Worcestershire sauce, and beef. 4. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring until stock is melted. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 40 minutes or until beef is almost tender. 5. Stir in potatoes and carrots and simmer an additional 40 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender.
