The Origin To make a good coffee you have to start from The Origin. The Kimbo Quality depends on the prime materials. For this reason Kimbo dedicates a lot of care to the selection of fine beans directly in heart of Coffee, Naples. Italy where a team of experts carries out product and chemical tests. So it's time for the tasters, who give the green light.	The Selection The batches of Kimbo coffee, having passed all the tests, are stored and then sent to roasting. The coffee is brought to a temperature from 160° to 250° C, for a time that varies from 8 to 12 minutes. Roasting takes place in three stages: drying which eliminates humidity, actual roasting and cooling to room temperature. It is in this phase that the Kimbo coffee acquires all its aroma.	The Product Mixing is the most important moment. Each batch of Kimbo coffee is selected and qualified on the basis of its sensory profile and each blend must combine the different precious qualities of different origins to obtain the ideal result: a perfect balance of flavour and constant quality. Here technology helps up to a certain point, the human element is decisive.
