The Keychron K6 Pro is an innovative custom wireless mechanical keyboard advancing typing experience to a new level. QMK/VIA allows anyone to customize any keys and macro commands with ease. With a compact 65% layout, excellent compatibility with macOS, Windows, Linux, hot-swappable functionality, PCB screw-in stabilizer, and south-facing RGB, the K6 Pro is crafted for personalized premium typing comfort.

Note: Users need to buy switches and keycaps separately in order to type with the K6 Pro Barebone version.

Program K6 Pro with QMK & VIA

QMK/VIA literally means endless possibilities for a fluid workflow. Simply connect the K6 Pro to your device with a cable, import the K6 Pro keymap JSON file into the VIA software, drag and drop your favorite keys or macro commands to remap any key you want on macOS, Windows, or Linux operating systems, e.g.: create a macro command of a screenshot on macOS. Check our user guide or user manual for more instructions.

Note: User can remap a key on wired mode only. Once it's done, the keymap will work on both wireless and wired modes.

Hot-Swappable with MX Switches

With QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and remap each key on the keyboard. The open-source firmware means endless possibilities for keyboard layouts, shortcuts, backlight effects, and more. And we designed every component to be easily assembled, including keycaps, switches, gasket, plate, and case foam if you want.

The hot-swappable sockets support both 3 pin and 5 pin MX mechanical switches (including Cherry, Gateron, Kailh, Panda, etc.), so you can customize your favorite switches without soldering.


Screw-In PCB Stabilizers We’ve integrated the PCB-mounted screw-in stabilizers for a smoother typing experience with less wobbliness on the "big keys" such as space bar, shift, enter, and delete. The Keychron K6 Pro also supports third-party screw-in PCB stabilizer.	South-facing RGB Backlit The K6 Pro comes with south-facing RGB is designed to better illuminate the keyboard backlight from the typist’s angle, more than 22 types of RGB backlight settings. You can also choose other static color backlight modes.	Support macOS / Windows Offers a Mac layout while still being compatible with Windows, you can configure different keymaps for both Mac and Windows devices.
