The coffee is built for Espresso and is medium bodied with a sweet & velvety mouthfeel & finished with a rich vibrancy of berries & stone fruit aromas. This helps bring out all of the coffees individual flavours & characteristics making for a deliciously smooth cup of coffee. Nevertheless the coffee is really versatile and can be used with all brewers including Cafetiere, v60, Aeropress and Chemex.
