Kala Namak Medium Grain 60g

Kala Namak is life and saviour of all salts. Its unique properties with healing powers and distinct flavours are extolled across south Asia. Salt is fired in furnace with charcoal for 24 hours causing a chemical reaction to break down the sodium sulphate to give a truly incredible salt. It has strong pungent sulphur taste. Great with chaat, chick peas and chutney.

Packed in a resealable pouch to preserve absolute freshness.
