Q: Does the alarm clock include an AC adapter?

A: No, the AC adapter is NOT include. The package only includes the USB Cable power cord. And the 5V, 1A or 2A plug is also applicable for this clock.

Q: Why does it auto off so quick?

A: When using the battery only, the clock will auto off after 16 seconds. If you would like to keep the LED screen always on, use the USB power supply also.

Q: How to adjust the brightness? And how to turn off the screen?

A: You can press the ''UP'' to adjust the brightness in 3 levels.

Long press ''snooze'' more than 3 second to turn off the screen. And press any key to turn on the LED screen again.
