* Q-2: The image was really good at first. The ear camera is blurry after using for a period of time.

A: Please use the cleaning cloth with alcohol or with thin cotton swab to clean the lens carefully after every time of use, since the ear wax is easy to stick on the lens or crevices around it.

* Q-3: Only 5 leds work, one of the led lights is burned out or missing.

A: Our wireless otoscope ear wax removal camera has 6 leds in total, 5 led lights are on when you start the device, and the rest one light is our blue light which can only be turned on via the app.

* Q-4: The ear camera doesn't provide clear pictures.

A: Our wireless earwax removal camera has a best focal length: 1.5-2.0cm for you to record video or pictures. Recording video is highly suggested, cause dynamic video is better to show real situation of your ears.

* Q-5: I can't find the WiFi.

A: First you should make sure that the product is not out of power, then you should take off the cap to open the product and open the app. If you still can't find the WiFi, we suggest you delete and app and reinstall it again.
