How to use Prep & Wipe for Gel Application

Dampen a lint-free wipe (or cotton wool) with Prep and Wipe then gently rub each nail.
Wait until the nail is fully dry before applying the first layer of gel.
Once gel is fully cured, use athe Prep and Wipe to gently wipe from cuticle to tip for each nail.

How to use JND Gel Polish Remover

Prep the nail by using a buffing block or nail file to remove the shiny top layer.
Dampen a Lint Free Wipe or some Cotton Wool with the Gel Polish Remover
Place the wipe on nail and wrap each nail with foil for 10-15 minutes before removal.
Remove the foil and gently scrape of the gel polish with a cuticle pusher. Re-apply if necessary.
Wash hands thoroughly and dry
Rehydrate your hands and nails with Cuticle oil and hand lotion
