TTP223 is a touch key detection IC, providing 1 touch key. The touch detection IC is designed to replace the traditional with a variable area key. Designed for button keys. Each output mode can select high level or low level active through the selection pin (AHLB pin), and the selection pin (MOTB pin) provides 100sec maximum output time selection. The selection pin (LPMB pin) provides the selection of fast mode and low power consumption mode, the selection pin (TOG pin) provides the selection of direct mode and trigger mode, while retaining the open drain (Open Drain) output mode, the OPDO pin is the open drain (OpenDrain) output, and the Q pin is the CMOS output. The sensitivity can be adjusted by external capacitance (0 ~ 50pF), and the selection pin (SLRFTB pin) provides two sampling lengths. The human touch detection is stable and can replace the traditional direct key opening. Operating current: @ VDD = 3V, no load, SLRFRTB = 1, typical value 1.5uA in low power consumption mode, maximum value 3.0uA, typical value 3.5uA in fast mode, maximum value 7.0uA ; @ VDD = 3V, no load, SLRFRTB = 0, typical value 2.0uA in low power consumption mode, maximum value 4.0uA, typical value 6.5uA in fast mode, maximum value 13.0uA. The working voltage is 2.0V ~ 5.5V, the longest response time is about 60mS in fast mode and 220mS @ VDD = 3V in low power mode.
