The curcumin phytosome is obtained from turmeric extract (Curcuma longa), which has been combined with phosphatidylcholine for good bioavailability. INGREDIENTS Curcumin-phytosome-phosphatidylcholine complex (Curcuma longa rhizome; standardised to 18% curcuminoids), bulking agent: methylcellulose; coating agent: hydroxypropylmethycellulose (capsule); separating agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source) DIRECTIONS Take 1 capsule per day with a meal and plenty of water.
