It has been our passion for many years to go on a sourcing trip to South East Asia to find the best quality loose leaf tea and matcha green tea and to bring it back to the UK and make it available for all. We have visited countless tea villages and spent months drinking lots of different teas with the tea masters. Our goal was to only bring the best quality tea with us and after lots of gallons of tea and hours of detailed note taking, we have arrived at the decision to source this Matcha from a small family farm in Japan. We deeply believe that the positive change to the environment begins with our personal food choices, and Matcha can be a very Planet-friendly crop, so we really want to inspire others to love it as much as we do.
